The Happy Valley Film Festival is a non-profit, community-oriented event that provides a platform for amateur and professional film-makers in Central Pennsylvania to display their work, and that encourages ordinary people to explore the use of film and video as tools of creative and artistic self-expression.

Penn State Visitors Center
(next to Beaver Stadium)
Admission: $3 (donation covers rental of location)

Films are due June 17, 2006!
